At Samara Mill Coaching and Psychology, I use only evidenced-based treatments to help ensure you meet your psycho-theraputic goals whether that's around managing a mental illness, improving a relationship, or enhancing wellbeing. Throughout treatment I conduct assessments regularly to ensure things are improving and to check you are getting what you want from the sessions. Research shows that a large percentage of what make therapy effective is the relationship between the client and the psychologist.
